北海道はこれから厳しい冬がやってきます。
外の畑を片付けて屋内菜園を作ってみました。
植物育成用のLEDライトを取付したので今後の成長が楽しみです。

今回の料理は、お友達の農家さんの畑で収穫したお芋（レッドムーン）を使った肉じゃがです。
